  9.     registered users of MaxFile/2 or MaxFile/PM.  Corporations and
  10.     other institutions, please contact the author for further
  11.     information regarding site licenses, volume discounts, dealer
  12.     pricing, and ordering via purchase order.

  22.     checks and money orders for U.S. funds payable to Ronald Van
  23.     Iwaarden (MaxFile/2 or dual registraion) or Craig Morrison
  24.     (MaxFile/PM or dual registraion).

  26.     Registration entitles you to peace of mind while using MaxFile/2
  27.     or MaxFile/PM as well as good karma :-).  Registration also gains
  28.     you the thanks of both the author and the author of EMX which is
  29.     the compiler used, written by Eberhard Mattes For those who do not
  30.     realize it, Eberhard Mattes writes the free EMX compiler for OS/2
  31.     which was used in writing this program.  He will be receiving 10% of
  32.     our profits (up to $100 per author) in appreciation of the fine work
  33.     he has done for all OS/2 users.  If you would like to make an
  34.     additional donation to Eberhard, there is a space below to enter the
  35.     amount.
